The Green Square project consisted of building 6 new levels on
top of an already existing building. Construction was to happen
while the business below continued to operate. Heavy operations had
been carried out after hours, and steel erection continued during
normal construction hours. The design called for one transfer level
of heavy steel and then lighter repetitive fabrication on higher
levels. The designed used the Posi Strut flooring system. The
system allows small clearance in the ceiling space between levels.

a narrow bracing system to work within the tolerance
